I'm sorry, I feel like I have totally been neglecting you guys and I have. The truth is you are learning the thing that was always mentioned in any heart to heart meeting with my managers when I lived in corporate world, my inability to time manage. I'm either completely on top of things or it's like a total yard sale.
In this case, the past week has been an over grown yard sale. I'm attempting to clean up and make a list and check it twice. Then just to make things fun I'm trying out this new plan to lose some lbs call myfitnesspal and I never thought I would be obsessive about what I ate and my exercise but the program is a bit addicting. It's like earning points in a video game when you work out so you can eat more at dinner or snack time, hello skinny cow ice cream sandwiches! (It's the only ice cream that doesn't make my stomach hurt or the chocolate give me a migraine, so that says alot!) I also would be lying if I didn't say I'm totally craving velveeta and salsa dip with chips. I said I was a bit obsessed not in-human!
You know what's awesome and calorie free?!?! Pistachio Press! I got to meet them in person at the National Stationery Show, yeah once again got to meet paper heros and swoon there. They are most definitely on my paper hero list. I'm going to try and contain my geekiness about them but it will be hard.
